We are now taking applications for our Spring 2023 Bootcamp
We are looking for climate movements that are:
An emerging climate movement at the start of your journey and ready to grow your impact
Dedicated to making positive change in the climate space
Available and committed to attending the full Bootcamp (5-8 hours/day for the entire program)
Passionate about ecosystem building and keen to build an active network and collaborate with other movements beyond the Bootcamp

Programme overview
The Bootcamp will be delivered online from 27th March over the course of a week between 9am -3pm GMT and will include:
Live, facilitated online (Zoom) sessions delivered by recognised social impact (i.e., NGOs and CSOs) trainers and facilitators
Group discussion to share varied perspectives and encourage active participation
Guided activities between each session to promote active learning and critical thinking skills
Personal development time spent engaging with our self-taught resources
1-2 hours follow up coaching session with each trainer to ensure that you feel supported as you implement your learnings
This intensive course will contain:
DAY 1: Introducing the Theory of Change (ToC) concept, its purpose and components, and guide you through the process of developing your own ToC.
DAY 2: You’ll learn key components of team recruitment and people management, different organisational models (how to identify the best structure for your organisation) and how to work together effectively.
DAY 3: You’ll learn about the different partners typology, the partnering cycle, key building blocks in forging effective partnerships and how to develop a partnering protocol.
DAY 4: This session will introduce you to strategic communications
DAY 5: You’ll learn how to develop and communicate a compelling case to funders, different fundraising strategies and their respective trade-offs.

Please note that spaces in our Bootcamp are limited. We particularly encourage young people and movements from the most affected places to apply.
Funding
The cost of this Bootcamp is £1,600 per movement. However, we operate a pay-as-you-feel (PAYF) model in order to ensure that our services are as accessible as possible to all movements and particularly movements based in low income countries. Get in touch if your movement is not able to cover the cost and we can discuss support and funding options.
